Through integrating learning and workplace know-how, it is possible to reward learners with credits and promote personal development. It is the vision of faisit to at all times provide a value for money, simplistic solution to support the individual; the client; and the industry.
Company mission statement
The mission of faisit is to become the most sought-after employee development partner; setting the benchmark by consistently inspiring the holistic development of every individual touched by a faisit intervention.
This will be achieved by:
- Unfailingly living by the values of the company, in order to create corporate integrity;
- Always adhering to the criteria and guidelines prescribed by the relevant and official custodian of quality, on behalf of SAQA;
- Never losing sight of the magnitude of the responsibility of awarding credits towards qualifications on the NQF; and
- Providing all clients with value for money; specifically tailored; flexible solutions.
Company values statement
The company understands the relationship between a clearly defined, measurable business vision; a set of distinct core values; and success.
Values govern thoughts; attitudes; actions; and appropriate conduct, and therefore represent the highest standards expected of everyone employed by as well as those acting on behalf of faisit. In order to actively live the values, it is expected that everyone concerned must:
- Be familiar and act in line with the values, in both letter and spirit thereof;
- Act according to the highest personal; positional; and moral standards;
- Uphold the laws that govern the country;
- Accept the responsibility of keeping the values alive in order to preserve the culture of the organisation.
Every representative of faisit ascribes to the following values:

We exist to generate an honest profit. Ensuring that faisit remains a going concern is not only critical for the shareholders; employees; and learners, but also for the respective industries it operates in, and society at large.
